Fred Saves Troubled Organizations

Who’s that guy with the big beard? It’s Fred, a professor of Organization Development at Concordia University and independent expert for companies who find themselves struggling. Fred goes into problem-laden companies as an objective observer to identify their relational or process problems and help them get back on track. He loves his work and wishes that everyone could enjoy their job as much as he does, always learning and interacting. His work is not content related, meaning he doesn’t need to know about the specific industry he’s analyzing; all he needs to know is how they are handicapped in their internal relations or relation to their environment. Large multinationals and small groups like MSCM can equally benefit from the assistance of an organization development change agent.
